Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, collection and portfolio records you create, application usage and security logs, and billing identifiers needed to operate your subscription. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AdvancedTCG.

Connected selling accounts

When you choose to connect a sales channel such as eBay, the channel sends AdvancedTCG an authorization token instead of your password. We may retrieve the seller account identifier, username, marketplace, business policies, listings, inventory, offers, orders, fulfillment data, and other information covered by the permissions you approve.

We use this information only to provide features you request: importing and managing listings, synchronizing inventory and policies, reporting channel activity, and publishing changes you explicitly submit.

Security and token storage

Connected-account access and refresh tokens are encrypted before being stored. They are available only to server-side services and are never returned to the browser. We validate signed OAuth state to prevent unauthorized account linking and restrict database access using service credentials and row-level security.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or connected-account credentials. Data is shared with service providers only as needed to operate AdvancedTCG, process payments, host the application, or send an action to a channel you connected. Connection data is kept while the account is connected and for the shortest additional period required for security, legal, and audit obligations.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect a selling account from Sales Channels. AdvancedTCG will attempt to revoke its authorization and then remove the stored credentials and synchronized private policy data. If a marketplace notifies us that its user account was deleted, our deletion endpoint removes data linked to that marketplace identity and records only a non-reversible identifier hash for compliance and deduplication.
